My Girls In The Pool

Today I went to visit my girlfriend and her family. The weather was beautiful and a little hot.

Both of her young daughters Imogen & Dakota, decided they wanted a swim in their swimming pool, mind you Imogen is only 4yrs old and is a very strong swimmer, and Miss Dakota is only 18mths old, and she is a strong swimmer too with her floaties on, they both looked so cute swimming in the pool, they must have been in there for at least 1/2 hour. So I took some pictures of them while they were enjoying themselves swimming.

Weekly Weight Update -- Week 5

Yesterday during my lunch hour, i went to the local RIVERS store to purchase a pair of jeans, and actually got a bargain, both pairs that I brought had a price tag of $69.95 each on them, to my surprise when I got to the checkout, one pair was $9.95 and the other was $24.95. So that was a great saving.

I took a couple of different pairs to the change rooms to try on, because the last time I brought Denim Jeans I had to get a Size 26, and to my surprise both the pairs I brought were a Size 20, which means I have lost 3 sizes in denim jeans, I was astounded, but know that what i am doing with my diet and walking everyday is really really paying off.

GOOD ON ME, I SAY...

Well this Thursday is weigh-in day so this will be the 2nd weigh in since i started on the 22nd January, a total of 6 weeks, so wish me luck, Here is my weekly photo update -- can anyone see any difference at all this last week.

Porky Walk

Hey there,

During the week I probably walk about 1/2klm every afternoon after work, which takes me 20minutes.

And then this weekend I have up the anti a bit, I decided I was going to break the 1/2klm mark everyday, so I did, yesterday which was Saturday I walked 3065 steps which is about 0.90 Klm, so that was almost the 1.0klm mark but not quite, well I got up this morning with the thinking that today was the day to break over the 1.0klm barrier,and I did, I did it, I walked 1.28klms, which is 4299 steps.

Yay I did it, I knew I could do it, just took a little pushing and telling myself I could do it. Also I broke thru the pain barrier as well.

Well I couldn't find Beaver anywhere, i even looked in the cupboards LOL, as when i call him he usually comes out straight away from wherever it is that he is hiding, well the last place I look was in our bedroom, and check this out, guess where he was, on our bed laying with the dolphins on the blanket, you could imagine if he ever seen a real one he would probably want to eat it LOL LOL.

Uncle Reese & Aunty Rhonda

Well Wednesday was a sad day for me because it was the day my Uncle Reese and Aunty Rhonda left to go back to Melbourne, Its been great having them here and finally getting to know them, I wish Melbourne wasn't so far away, but its only 1 1/2 hours by plane or even only 12hrs by Car, I have already been looking for some cheap flights to go down there for a few days, I will probably have to go down by myself this first time as Brett can't get anytime off for a couple of months.

I couldn't help myself yesterday, just after lunch I rang my Uncle and Aunt to see where they were in their travels and they were about 100klms out of Melbourne, they were just dropping off to see my cousin Darlene on their way home, and he promised to call me when they got home, at 5.40pm we received a call to say they had arrived home safe about 1/2hr ago, then after tea I rang them to let them know that I got their message.

Weekly Photo Update 19.02.09

Well its been another week since I updated my photo..2 more weeks to go till weigh-in day again. So can anyone see a difference this week.
