Well today was weigh-in day today, I have been a little off track this last 2 weeks with the diet, and I can honestly say I have been bad, like McDonalds, KFC and Chocolate and lack of exercise. but I am back on track as of today no more of the bad stuff and plenty of exercise..I have put on 800grams in the last 2 weeks..
I must get Brett to take an updated photo of me as its been a while since I have had my photo taken and put on the blog..
My health is getting back on track, seems the medication is working as I had my blood pressure checked again yesterday and it was near normal.
Well back to reading my book I will be back soon
