Week 8 -- The Diet

Hey there,

Sorry I am only just updating this now, but I have been very very busy with work this last 2 weeks, it seems there were never enough hours in a day to get my work done, but as usual I managed to get it all done.

I have really struggled a bit this week, I think it was because I have had so much going on, with work and family dramas (which we won't get to on here, I would rather forget about it now and just get on with my life), but I have to admit I still managed to not eat bad bad food, the other night I had a craving for something really bad and sweet, so I went out and brought it and cut the slice piece in half and had half one day and the other the next night. I believe if you are craving something you should just eat it, So its not that bad after all, I have been walking 1 kilometre a day and further on the weekends...

Well I guess I should go and take a shower, as I have just got back from my walk and am all sweaty. Well this next week is weigh-in week on Thursday, so I will be back with Week 9 update for you all. I look forward to your comments, I have managed to get Brett to take an updated photo of me yesterday morning.

P.S: A few ladies a work say they can tell I am loosing weight, they reckon its really noticeable from behind.

Whilst my nephews were visiting us on Saturday afternoon I thought it was a good time to get an updated picture of them with both hubby and I. I love this photo, what do you reckon, i had one taken of me and hubby together but i made a promise to him that i wouldn't put it up on my blog, or on my facebook, LOL, Boy oh Boy have they grown up quick, it only seems like yesterday that they were babies.

Over the weekend,

I managed to scrap another 3 layouts, all these are on my nephews Sully & Jai when they were babies, they are now almost 14 and 15yrs old, its quiet scary to think that when Sully is 16 and 9mths he can get his learners licence, Hubby was only saying the other night it was making him feel a little aged LOL

Hey There,

You wouldn't guess who rang me on Friday night, yep you got it right my Uncle Reese, he was ringing to tell us how much he missed us, the same from this end, it only seems like yesterday he left but its been almost a month, boy oh boy, time flies. Well during the week we came home to a surprise letter in the mail from uncle reese and aunty rhonda, and inside it was this beautiful photo of my stepbrother James, Hubby Brett, Uncle Reese and myself, as well as one of my mum and uncle reese. Geez I hope it doesn't drag out till Christmas this year, as we are going down to Melbourne then to see my Uncle & Aunty, I wish it was tomorrow LOL LOL

Kosmo & Beaver Update

Kosmo and Beaver here, just thought we would let you all know, and our special Friend "Jodi", that we are doing just fine, at the moment everytime mum has the camera out we want to get in on the act with her, so check out some photos..It seems Mum has taken over my blog for a while but that is ok, she will keep you up to date with our progress, or should I say our lives LOL LOL

Weigh in time once again - Week 6

Hi everyone,

Its been a really big 2 weeks for me work wise, getting a publication ready for publishing. Well its finally done, and will be published in late March 2009, and even though some of the days were tough and stressful, you would all be proud of me, cause I didn't fall into the "Lets have some bad food cause i feel stressed", I continued along, with my thought of knowing I have come so far, and don't want to put any back on, this is how determined I am to do this.

Weigh in day was on Thursday but I did it on Wednesday, and to my surprise I have lost another 2kgs which means in 6 weeks I have lost a total of 3.7kgs and I am totally happy with that...Still walking everyday, going a little further each day. I am feeling good too, actually feeling better for it as well. I haven't taken an updated photo of myself, hang on i will just go take one outside and be back, LOL. Well ok I just took one, take a look, I am not really good at taking photos of myself.
